 Good Sunday morning Carol. These are all good points! I took a course that said it takes 66 days to form a habit.

Good Morning, Michael.  I have read differing accounts of the time it takes to form a habit... anywhere from 18 -254 days.  21 days is bantered around a lot, but 66 days is probably more realistic.  I think healthy eating and exercise habits take longer than some of the other daily habits.  Have a beautiful Sunday!
