Research is the key ingredient for making the right buying and selling decision on Oklahoma City real estate. First, your agent needs to be doing research everyday and not just on houses for sale. They need to be reading about local and national trends, events, and especially on economics. As a real estate investment specialist research is daily and education is geared that way. As for the public, the world is available for free on Google. When I was in high school in the 1960's research was done at the library but now it is at your fingertips with this warning, all information is deemed reliable not not necessarily accurate. When you see a home listed as a foreclosure or for sale on a site like Zillow or RealtyTrac, it may not be real. When someone gives an opinion on the internet you may need tofacr check it, or you may need to fact check your local agent. The most important element in all this is to be informed, both you and me. The better you understand what you are doing, the better it is for me to help you make the right decision. My 26 year career as an investment specialist is based on education and research and that helps you make the right decision about where to be, what price should be, and the timing of your decision.
