The Pasadena Collection West is a distinctive condominium building constructed in 2004 with modern accents in a vibrant Pasadena(zip code 91101) area. In this report, I will present a recap of units for sale, in escrow along with closed sales so far in 2015. I will also share full year closed transactions for 2011-2014. All statistical information is from our local multiple listing service(mls) and may not include all sales in the complex.
The popular and highly convenient location at the northeast corner of Cordova Street and Hudson Avenue is steps away from South Lake Avenue and not far from the Playhouse District, Paseo Colorado and Old Pasadena. For 2013: there were three sales ranging from $320,000 to $445,000 with an average sales price of $375,000(median $360,000). They sold at 97.91% of last list price and for $450.05 per square foot on average.
For 2012: there were seven closed transactions ranging from $302,500 to $380,152 with an average price of $330,522(median $333,000). They sold at 98.05% of last list price and for $457.05 per square foot on average.
For 2011: there were five sales ranging from $280,000 to $440,000 with an average price of $358,000(median $390,000). They sold at 98.53% of last list price and for $405.26 per square foot on average.
