Listing and closed price averages went down 2% and 3% respectively.   The median was down 3%. 

 

Days on the market went down 3%.

 
The absorption rate for the month went further into seller's market territory at 4.77 months, meaning if there was no new inventory, it would take 4.77 months to sell off the active 229 listings.
