In the last decade Evanston IL has become quite popular. The pretty little city of 85,000 sitting on Lake Michigan has so much to offer. The Evanston downtown has so many wonderful and unique restaurants and interesting stores and entertainment that will interest anyone. The easy access to public transportation via the "EL" train or the Metra gets you to downtown Chicago within 25 minutes or so and all points in between. We have many clients who move to downtown Evanston and live a life with no need for a car. Everything is walking distance. We have excellent food shopping with 3 Whole Food stores, a Jewell store, a Trader Joe's and the new Valli Produce at 1910 Dempster. I really love that store, they have unique produce that you may not find elsewhere.
