Patricia- Realty times is one of the best sites out there and full of great info. 

http://www.brokeragentnews.com/libraryfs.html lets you search all Realty Times articles and many other sites.  I think you will enjoy it if you have not been there.

I was just reading the on line magizine!  The article about most people think it is a good time to buy, but want to wait 2 years.........was a good one.  I think it makes you step back and re-think your marketing.  Grand Rapids, Michigan local board has put much effort in changing this mind set of buyers, and it seems to have helped, our sales are up!  Which also leads me to thier article do not base you market info on national reports, as some area's are much better off.  Michigan as a whole has market reports, which includes the Detroit area, and we are NOTHING like them.
