Thanks for the information. It is a pretty smart response to the negative national news stories. I commented on the same subject in my post: http://activerain.com/blogsview/717520/National-vs-Local-Trends. I had the message right, but your medium is more effective. I hope our local HBA follows your lead.

The 203k can also assist you in getting home values up in an area as you can go to 110% of the appraised value. It can also get a business moving again. 203k loans are at an all time high and rightly so with the number of foreclosures needing rehab.
