Its Tuesday !!!!

By
Real Estate Agent with AllMountainRealty.com

I have decided to do this and track the week of a Realtor ! So yesterday was Monday and my blog was about inspiration. Today is Tuesday. Today we have a sales meeting . We do this monthly. I am the Broker for All Mountain Realty. As part of our sales meeting we have a training. This is not for sales usually but it is for our business. Today we are covering discrimination.

I do not believe any of my agents would discriminate. But they could , by not knowing the law, end up in a situation that could be avoided. Do you have agent training, all you brokers out there. If you do not you leave yourselves open to big time problems down the road.

So Monday is inspiration. Tuesday is meeting and training. Stay tuned for Wed.

Sounds like you have a good plan there- no matter how long you been a realtor- we all need constant training and reminding

I agree, education is key!  The best advice anyone ever gave me was my grandmother.  She said to never stop being a student.  She was 85 when she passed but was still taking a class.  Keeping track of the week will help determine if the time is spent 'learning' wisely.

You would be amazed how many agents don't know what discrimination is and how many actually practice it! So, assume that no one in your office knows what it is and everybody will do it and teach the class that way and it will help!
