It's not the same as it was two years ago. I had this discussion just a few days ago with a buyer client of mine. He thinks he can still come in with absurdly low offers and the seller will consider them.

Debbie Laity it puzzles me how many low offers i get on my new listings every week and how surprised they are when they are told a higher offer was accepted.
