Check Your Website's SEO Score

We love this handy online tool from SEO Workers for scoring search engine optimization on your website.

It's easy - just plug in the url (web address) of your site, answer the silly question to prove you are a human and click on submit. In the blink of an eye, the SEO Analyzer will show you a score for your page. Here's what it looks like (your results may vary):

BTW - it generally takes 6-8 weeks for the search 'bots to scour the web, so don't expect overnight results. And driving your info to page one is a whole 'nother issue. But it certainly can't hurt to tighten up the SEO.

Hey, very interesting. I do not want to come across as ignorant, but unfortunately I am when it comes to all this key word, meta tag, and blogging for that matter. I entered my address and from what I could tell, it's wasn't good! :-) The only problem is...I don't know how to fix it. My website, which I thought had a lot of great information, was made not too long ago. I am finally now really starting to take a closer look at internet marketing and would really like to utilize it to it's fullest potential. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Joshua - You have a good point. I'll blog some more about the basics of search. But to truly have an effective website, you also have to consider the copy, the flow of ideas, friction points, etc. It's a journey for sure, not an event.
