Have you seen these tips on buying a home in Salt Lake?

Berna, from the Tooele office posted these last week about her market, but they are so generic about home buying and so helpful I thought I would share with you. All of this housing info comes from her daily series that she re publishes from Keeping Current Matters.

I found all of these articles helpful, but particularly liked the one about building equity in my home, and the tip about renting versus buying. Both of those articles should motivate any fence sitters out there, and open their eyes to the financial benefits of home ownership.

The offering about understanding FICO scores and what to do to build a better one will be a surprise to some that think they cant afford to buy a new home.
