Just got back from taking the dogs for a trail run...we're all wet, somewhat muddy, but quite content! I really appreciate you coming by--especially since you already checked out my earlier post--what a pal! (Larry's busy doing demo in our barn...as we prep for Pearl, our Palomino's arrival in February).

They have worked really hard to update this puppy, Sandy and Norm! I had to take a sunny day (before the rains came) to snap as many photos as possible before the listing went live. I like the idea of utopia--thank you. Have a buyer that said something to the effect of " with what's going on in the world, Fishhawk Lake will be one of the LAST places that these things will happen". I'll take that!

Here's hopin'!! Santa's going to be busy selling yours and mine before Christmas. He better call on some of his elves. Pronto!

It'll be something no one else possesses here at the lake, that's for sure, Michael. And having a deeded easement on the lake when this cabin isn't lakefront makes it a double draw.

I've had some inquiries already from a variety of sources--amazing for a "vacation" community the second week in December when the weather has been inclement (at best)!

Ed, I just had a realtor from Portland ask me about it for herself and her hubby...pre-retirement and wanting to add-on....a total possibility!

Joyce, thank you for stopping by! Had a realtor actually be quite interested in this for herself and her husband! Once our horrible weather lets up in the Pacific NW, then she's planning on coming up to visit Fishhawk Lake for the first time!
