It is all relative Wayne. Once I did a million dollar rental for a corporate executive that was only going to be here working for 1 year. Didn't want to get stuck with real estate and liked to live the way he was accustomed too.
Fascinating - I could imagine a Brad Pitt renting something at that price point while in town for a movie - I haven't come across any corporate executives wanting to burn through that much money for a rental - or displaced dictators - ahhhh, the imagined client is interesting!

That is one gorgeous house, Marco! I could live there (so long as someone else paid my rent, of course!). How much of a demand is there in your area for rentals like this?
You and me both Nina! This amount seems a bit off balance to me. We have $40-50K per month rentals and long term estate rentals in the $25-35K range.
