Mahwah has a fabulous resource for it's ACTIVE Senior residents --- the Mahwah Senior Center. The goals of the center and it's wonderful programs are to foster independance and continued growth in older adults with a big emphasis on physical activity. Any Mahwah resident who is 60 years or older, who functions independantly or who has a companion accompanying them is welcome to join.
