Rentals

I am positive that most markets are full of unoccupied homes with "For Rent" signs in the yard. I have one spec home that has been empty for over a year, so we decided to put in a overnight rental companies hands. We are hoping to cover some of the cost of holding this property.

Also with forclouses at an all time high people have to have a place to live.
