5 things to do on your real estate website before 2016. Snap to it!

2015 is almost over. We want you to hit the ground running on January 1, 2016.

Make sure you have:
 
1) Easy access to local listings (Custom IDX links are great. Really great.)

2) Get folks visiting your website regularly: share neighborhood information & home values. 
Attract your sellers to a custom Neighborhood Value page built just for them. 
Give them what they need- accurate home values, emailed to them, around their specific neighborhood of choice. It’s that simple. All of your homeowners will be plotted onto a map, which will give you an aerial view of your listing pipeline.

As soon as a
 listing hits the market or sells, your homeowners will be automatically alerted of the most recent neighborhood activity. Each branded alert includes average listing values, market trends, photos, and other details to that your leads and clients can compare their home to the market.
 
3) Highlight a list of all home improvement companies you work with.

Roofers, home inspectors, plumbers: you know them all. You like referring them to your clients, so why not “up“ your search engine rankings and keep people on your website by dedicating a page to them? It’s truly a win, win.

 
4) Offer community living information: festivals, best restaurants, bike trails, local attractions.
People want to know why they should live in the neighborhood. 
And who knows that better than you?

Offer information around unique interests:
- Have a foodie lead? Describe local farmers markets and restaurants.

5) Post a list of all of your transactions. Website visitors should see your success.
Sell yourself. Why not? Show people how competent you are and how well your year is going.
The proof is the pudding. If you have current live listings, make sure you have a Featured Listings page. Highlight the homes you have sold, or helped people buy in the past, with a Hot List.

Remember to always ask 
clients for a testimonial toward the final stages of a transaction.
Post their glowing reviews of your service on a Testimonials page.

Lastly, remember to share things on 
social media channels.
