*Up to $100.00 back for every $100,000 in purchase price. *CBB% 2.25%
Example: a $600,000 home purchased with a commission payout of 2.5%
$1,200 credited back towards your closing costs.

Criteria To Qualify in our San Diego, CA Market
$450,000 purchase Minimum Required to qualify for the rebate.
You will be shown ALL available homes in your criteria,
not just the ones that "pay well".
We will not charge you for the CBB% difference down to 2%...
But rebates are only given on 2.25% or higher paying properties.
You will receive a written rebate agreement , with the exact amount once in escrow
and the rebate is identified in your buyer/broker agreement.
VA Sellers:
I automatically reduce the standard sales-side fee of 3% to 2.5%
FYI: this rebate will be applied to listing fee in buyers markets when needed.
example: a $800,000 home listed =
$4,000 upfront savings!

We will also discount home staging when applicable by 50% (call for details).

Why do I do this?
My great grandfather served in WWI in the Army

My son is a recent Police Academy Graduate!
