How do you think the Real Estate market will be in 2016? Here is my perspective! In 2016 I anticipate great rates and a competitive market. First time home buyers, 2016 will be a great year to buy a home. Pricing will be better and rates should stay low. Right now is the time to start looking into your 2016 Real Estate needs. If you are looking to purchase a larger home 2016 this will be a great time to upgrade as well. If you are downsizing your home in 2016, It might be a little tougher as far as numbers go. The Market in 2016 might also be a little tough for investors as it will be a fierce market for you.
