It's raining, it's hailing, it's snowing in the high desert! Not big news to most of you in the county, but it's always a thrill when you live in the desert. My facebook feed is blowing up with postings of the local weather.
Since we don't get a ton of rain there are a few great reasons to look for houses when it's raining.
One is you can see if that stain is from an active leak or if it's old and just not painted over.
Also it's great to know which way the water flows across the property.
El Nino is coming. We live in a flash flood area. Don't drive across flooded streets. You need to plan ahead on which way to get in and out of areas that typically flood.
