Cedar Hills Ranch Basics

Cedar Hills Ranch is located about 20 miles to the northeast and uphill from Kingman as the land rises into the Peacock Mountains. There are wells in the area; drilling is likely to produce water here.

The rolling hills have light, varied high-desert vegetation.  The climate is mild year-round at an elevation between 3200 to 4000 feet. There is no POA fee.  Roads are maintained by the developer. Horses and cattle are welcome here.  Most property in Cedar Hills has access to phone and grid-tied electricity.  Wildlife is plentiful including deer, antelope, javalina, mountain lions and the occasional elk.

Hi Elise,

Wish you luck with that area.  Those are very nice pictures to showcase the area.

Where water is a problem in many areas, we do have pockets of underground reservoirs here in northern Arizona. It is a great selling point.
