Donna - The majority of our business is cash or 1031 exchanges. However, I have had cash buyers back out. That has happened twice in my 6+ years. Odds of something going wrong are slim -

Even though you don't have the buyer, it's still exciting to have something go under contract so quickly. You priced the property right and your presentation was great!
