We are letting Minnesota Home Buyers know that their are several options for down payment assistance available to them.  Many cities in the Twin Cities area have special down payment programs for Minnesota Home Buyers specific for purchase in their city.

The MN Housing Agency always has special down payment options for Minnesota Home Buyers!  These options all can make home buying both more affordable and more accessible.  The interesting thing is that very few buyers are aware of the programs available to them.

Now if you have poor credit and want to buy a home that is one challenge that as a soon to be buyer you need to work on.  Often in 3-6 months you can correct your credit issues and be able to qualify.  If you think you have dug a whole too deep in your credit you are not alone.  However, even some of the toughest situations can be corrected in about 1 year with some effort!

I encourage all potential Minnesota Home Buyers looking for down payment funding to go to:

Find out what options work with you!  Even if your credit needs work this is a first step in finding out what you need to do to get on track to own a home!

Many potential home buyers are 3 to 6 months away from repairing their credit and qualifying for a home. They need a good mortgage broker and a caring Realtor who will guide them through the process.
