Two weeks at the new office and asked for three things:
#1 How to use the printer wirelessly with the good old lap top.
#2 How to use the scanner and copier.
#3 Who signs the paper work with any HUD offers.
Today there is a sheet on how to connect to the printer but it cannot be wireless as someone from IT at the main office has to come in and do it and an appointment is necessary.
As to the scanner and copier you need a sign in amd password that only took six hours to get.
As to our illustrious government there is a letter allowing all Managing Brokers to sign that somehow they do not have and that took from nine am to four thirty pm to get.
Well at least HUD acknowledged getting the email and will accept the corrections and make sure you mail us the hard copies.
Here we are in the twenty first century and they still need hard copies and complain of global warming.
The nice thing I am typing this with one hand and partaking of another Manhattan.
