This morning I had a nice phone call with another ActiveRain member and explained how to "pin" a post to the top of her business page. I run contests on my page and I always pin that post during the duration of the contest. It's also a good idea to pin a post that links to your website there as well.
So I thought I would write about Facebook this week. And I know I'm not the only ActiveRain ambassador that is happy to answer questions outside the realm of your blog here.
How to pin a post? Log in to your business page and find the post you wish to pin to the top. You will find a little down pointing arrow in the top right hand corner of the post. That's a drop-down menu with pin this post as one of the options.
Also recently Facebook made a change to how you share your business page posts. you have to go to the bottom of the post and change the icon to "liking and posting" as yourself before you can share it to your personal page or other groups you might want to share it to. You make this change with the little arrow next to the icon below where it says "boost Post".
So no matter what your questions is about many of us here, ambassadors and other members alike, will be happy to help you out. The most helpful and kindest people are among these pages. I've learned so much here from others and am always happy to pass along other things helpful to agents.
