Thank you William Feela for being my closest friend on Active Rain geographically and very likely in commenting. I'm counting on you to help me get to 1,000,000. while I do my best to help you achieve 3,000,000.

Thank you Ed Silva I know what you mean but blogging on AR has already helped me financial in the past by making my phone ring.

You have inspired me from the first time I read your blog Nicole Doty - Gilbert Real Estate Expert and the way you piled on the points made me realize I needed to get off my duff and join the points race. I doubt I will pass up the storm that is Nicole Doty but I'm not going to let you get out of sight!
