Hi Joanna Cohlan ,
Love this boutiful display of tomatoes in your photograph!! Thanks for sharing!
Good morning, Joanna --- it looks like someone besides Ron and Alexandra Seigel has been to the Farmers' Market. As expected, beautifully captured.
Joanna,
Love your shot. Last Saturday, I stocked up on tomatoes...our favorite farmer keeps saying, I think this is the last batch every week, and I am wondering if there will more on Saturday. Happy Wednesday, A
Good morning Joanna. A really neat photo. I love the colors and the variety....
Snow is on the ground, so seeing such vibrant and summer tomato colors just lifts my spirits! I'm just a kid who loves COLOR. And I love you, you vibrant personality!

Really lovely photo and it reminds me of warm summer days. Not the case around here, but a girl can dream. Ha. Actually, we're dreaming of a white Christmas with vine-ripened tomatoes. ;)

Good afternoon Dorie Dillard - I'm thinking about sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese with a little basil - yummy!
Yes, Chappaqua has a farmer's market Michael Jacobs and I went on Saturday to peruse the produce!
I don't have a favorite farmer Ron and Alexandra Seigel but I do have a farmer's market and the produce is just beautiful although this is probably the last of the tomatoes for now!

Glad you like the photo Debb Janes and you are so lucky to be having a white and beautiful Christmas. But those vine ripened tomatoes are delish any time of year and you are such a good cook that your family is going to enjoy something very special.
Nature does have a way of creating some beautiful pictures. They look good enough to EAT!!!
Those look really pretty. But, I've never liked tomatoes. My mom loves them, though.
And believe me, they were delicious Belinda Spillman!
Tomatoes were never my favorite Debbie Gartner but when they are ripe, with salt, basil, olive oil and a little cheese (parmesan or mozzarella) they are to die for!
Joanna- colorful and delicious. I remember some vine-ripened tomatoes Larry's secretary brought us. They were delicious!
Those are certainly a colorful batch of tomatoes - right in the holiday spirit!
Good morning Joanna. That is quite the variety, more and more I'm liking yellow tomatoes.
Good morning Joanna. I do like those little tasty morsels. My favorite is the fried green ones.
The tomato red of these beautiful specimens makes every woman look gorgeous as well Kathy Streib - it's everyone's color!
Yes Lisa Von Domek and I used them for a holiday meal I served last night!
Yellow tomatoes are so sweet Joe Petrowsky especially the little ones. And I would love to have some great fried green tomatoes James Dray - I had them when I went to Alabama and they were divine!

It seems so long since we had fresh market tomatoes. I was thinking today only 4-5 months before the farmers market opens again. I hope you are enjoying the holiday season and looking forward to the New Year.
Good Sunday morning Joanna. We are already missing fresh bounty from Mother Nature and our local Farmers Market. Spring is only a couple months away and planting will begin.
