That precept can be the true foundation for taking you on a straight path to successfully understanding and promoting your niche market and what it stands for.
Staying true to one singular concept can keep you from wandering off and muddying the marketing waters for yourself and your target audience.
When I was thinking about this and asked myself that question about my niche market, Fishhawk Lake, my answer was easy, simple and quickly came to mind:
Lifestyle
"Lifestyle" at Fishhawk Lake can be connoted in one word, one photograph!
Fishhawk Lake represents a completely unique lifestyle whether it is for the 80% of owners who come periodically to enjoy lake/cabin living OR the full-timers who are giving up the daily rat race as opposed to succumbing to it, for a lifestyle that is filled with wildness, simplicity, and a way to calm the underlying stress that the rest of the world is caught up in. From that one word, it creates an inumerable amount of avenues to explore and define the kind of lifestyle Fishhawk Lake offers and presents never-ending opportunities to create interesting marketing strategies with that one word in mind.
If you concentrate on the very essence of your niche market, and really scrutinize, ZERO IN on that very definition of what you do, then I promise you, it will allow you the platform for creating many layers to add to that very singular and true description of what you want the world to know about your niche.
