Yes, I do.  Consumers want information and the history of an area.  This will also lead them to my other blog where I have a lot more about info about real estate in general.  It also comes up high in google under certain keywords.

Hello Sandra - great info for localism!

Don't you love absorption rates! I learned that in CRS classes and it really makes a difference in presenting stats to clients for both listing and sales.
