When you list your home for sale with me, I offer a Performance Guarantee Program, which means that you as the seller have the ability to cancel our listing agreement at any point after 60 days on the market. All that is required is that I get reimbursed for the cost of your professional photos and any additional marketing expenses. There are no other conditions or "catches".
I'm proud to say that very few of my clients have ever taken me up on this offer, but I stand behind my work and want the process of selling your home to be a positive endeavor for both of us.
