Hi John G. Johnston .... O degrees, huh?!? Guess Floridians should not be complaining with temperatures in the mid-and-high eighties, but we are. As you know, our summers are a bit hot and humid; we wait for our beautiful November, December, etc. cool-and-pleasant cooler months. Have a feeling most of us are running around thinking: WHERE ART THOU???

We are so fortunate in this area as the only weather we have to tolerate is the wind! As a rule the wind is uncomfortable but not destructive. Always, thanks for commenting Wayne Martin

On the planet I came from before Planet Earth, the weather was always perfect...never a reason, for instance, for snow blowers, shovels or to almost freeze to death. John G. Johnston, please pardon me for griping about the one season you seem to enjoy - the snowy one (I know, you love all four seasons). I will try to concentrate on more important things and allow everyone who chooses to enjoy the powder, the flakes, the frozen tundras, icicles, etc., ---- to do so. Hey, in our Chicago residence, our Lilies of the Valley are shooting up 
. Next, the tulips...Hohohoho.

I only enjoy all 4 seasons because in TX we only had one...and they were all variations of hot! Each season leads to the next...to be enjoyed for all it is. Love Lilies of the Valley...tulips too! Enjoy your evening my friend Jane Chaulklin-Schott
