A coach trains and teaches his players how to be their best so that they can win the game. They don't spend hours training to lose. The goal is to have the skill and knowledge to succeed. If the players don't follow the coaches advice and train properly they have a good chance of losing the game and will not make it to the championship, which is the ultimate goal. Real Estate is no different, the goal is to get the house sold for top dollar or win the bid to purchase at the best price.

 

When you have a great coach or a great real estate agent it's important to listen to them because they have the knowledge, experience and skill to succeed. But of course it's up to you to listen to the advice of the seasoned professional. My experience is when a client understands that I have helped others buy and sell and we were successful in getting them their desired outcome and it was as problem free a transaction as possible everyone walks away feeling like a winner.

 

When you're thinking about working with a great agent make sure you pick a winner who has the knowledge, experience, skill, and who will make it a joy to work with so that you can become a champion in the game of real estate.
