Maureen - Thanks! It's is actually one of the lowest priced homes in the entire county and it an adorable doll house. It would be the perfect starter home or downsizing home.
North Beach is such a great area with a close commute to the city, short walk to the updated boardwalk area and shops. Most of the homes surrounding the entire area are updating and turning them into sweet beach cottages with so much of the coastal cottage charming architecture. I just love walking the boardwalk - it's almost like visiting a Coastal Living Magazine page. I hope it goes quick to a new owner too, it's an adorable home.
