Here it is Monday morning, the day after the week filled with Christmas celebrations of all kind, and the phone is "ringing off the hook" - or it would if it still had a hook!

Not that clients waited until today to call me. It already started on Saturday. And yesterday, Sunday, I previewed a couple of luxury condominiums here in Honolulu.

This morning, calls on my listings, setting up appointments for January. Most of them need to make their travel plans to see them. So it's not too early to call me.

Same with emails, those in my "pipeline" are wondering what's new and are chomping at the bit to keep moving forward to closing in January.

I love it.

Please keep calling me, I am here for you.

Hella, that's great that business is keeping busy this week! I had a call on Christmas from a Zillow buyer and showed them a listing of mine on the day after Christmas.

I've been getting some good leads through Zillow as well for my listings. Always through Zillow as if the others don't exist. Or they call me direct, of course.
