The life of a farmer!

This is the time of the year when it should be cold enough to be pruning the fruit trees and we are now wondering how much of the crop will be lost.

I guess it will be work on equipment and make sure everything is ready for spring!

I like the field analogy - yes, sometimes we need to start anew and now is a great time to think about whether that is necessary in our own business/life.

Bob, we do see these times when definite changes are in need.   You need to know when you see this before it is too late.

Great advice from you and your friend Neil, Bob.  The key is to continue to "plow" up some areas while other areas are continuing to grow and still other areas in your life may be ready to harvest.  Keep on rotating those crops.
