It's true.  100% financing is available for some areas of Maricopa and Pinal County through Guaranteed Rural Housing Program.   Some properties in Queen Creek, Maricopa, Chandler Heights, Goodyear, Buckeye, Surprise, Casa Grande, North Phoenix and the far surrounding areas may qualify.  And get this:  No mortgage insurance! No funky prepayment penalties! No declining market!  Awesome interest rates! Closing Costs can be included in the loan amount!  So what is the catch?
