In Search of Pinellas County Property

I have a customer who wants to move very quickly and purchase a reasonable home in the Pinellas County area. The price range they are looking for is around half a million dollars. The home needs to be a 3/2. The areas they most prefer include Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, East Lake and Countryside. I have lots in Safety Harbor on a little cul-de-sac. I can recommend a builder in Safety Harbor that is very reputable. The total cost of a home on one of the three available lots would be between $389,000 and $550,000 (two car garage, room for a pool on one of the lots, close to everything Safety Harbor)
