From the time this post goes live, it will be about 11 hours till 2016 arrives in New York. With that said, now is another opportunity to mindfully reflect and ask yourself (and be honest) what areas of your life do you need to improve? What about yourself can you enhance personally and professionally? You could also write down what you are grateful for that 2015 blessed you with and continues to bless you with in 2016.
You can be as detailed and specific as you want, which is even better!
I invite you to write down at least 8-9 intentions or in other words, agreements with yourself, that you aspire to achieve and agree to do your part in generating momentum. Take your intentions and place them in a red envelope (do not seal it shut) under your pillow this evening before the new year rings in at mid-night.
Remember, it's not just about the goal, its the journey. What we experience and explore during the "in-between" levels is (from my own opinion) the greatest gifts to help us evolve. Wishing you all a wonderful, safe, healthy and prosperous 2016!
