Interested buying group seeking good quality and location hotels with decent cap rate with management team in place. They are looking for established businesses that are not distressed.

We are looking for OFF MARKET ONLY. Please do not send anything that has been on Loopnet or similar please. We will have no interest. Also we are not looking for daisy chains. Thank-you!
