10 top things that have happened to me this year....
1) I finally got one of my unbelievable deals done! $2,140,000. I've sold much higher dollar properties than this, but what makes this special is that it finally dispels my theory that "wanna-be's" don't ever come up with the money. It happened. A large company bought this buyers business and he was indeed able to close escrow. Want a funny read? Read my blog post called, 10 Ways to tell if your client is a scam artist. 2) I had my best month in November 2015 that I've had since November of 2008! YAY!
3) I am ranked in the top 2.09% of 131,0000 Keller Williams Agents world-wide. YAY!
4) I am ranked in the top 1.5% of the 33,000 Realtors in our MLS system. YAY!
5) I passed everyone that I personally know on the Active Rain Ranks for my city (except Bob Stewart - how/when did he move in to my city?)
6) I got a $900,000 listing because the owners saw my big red signs in both UT and in AZ! 
7) I was able to get my "off-market" listing program going and currently have about $15,000,000 of luxury homes not on the MLS that owners are allowing me to market other-wise.
8) My Arizona State University Sun Devils are going to win their bowl game today!
9) My Arizona Cardinals could be going to the Superbowl! Cool side note: one of our assistant coaches, who is 80 years old, coached in Super Bowl I (1) and could possibly coach in Super Bowl L (50)!
10) My family was all home for Christmas and doing well!
