Every year I go through this drill of analyzing my statistics, here and elsewhere, to find trends and determine how to improve my online marketing.

A quick review of my ActiveRain statistics for 2015 show these were my top 3 articles this past year based on number of views, comments, likes, and short URL clicks.

There were no real surprises as I concentrated much of my AR content in 2015 around social media, content curation, and other non-specific real estate articles.

The majority of my beefy real estate articles stayed on my WordPress site. I expect much of the same again this year as it is a formula that seems to be working well.

ActiveRain Social Sharing & Short URL Clicks - We should all be doing this. Sadly, many Rainers still do not understand its worth or the need to share their content.

Are Free Photos Really Free to Use in Our Blogs? - A little disclaimer about Creative Commons use and a link to 74 sites that have free photos. I received a lot of messages on this one...glad those that followed the links used the sites to find photos to enhance their articles.

Ways to Get Your Articles Seen by Consumers - One of my favorite "sharing with the community" articles of the year because it provided a blueprint that absolutely works. Hopefully many of you found new ways to reach real estate consumers as a result.

Facebook Fridays - Staying in the Online Fast Lane - If memory serves this one got a lot of attention on Twitter and LinkedIn, helping to jump up the clicks.

Facebook Fridays - Losing Biz Before It Is Secured - Not exactly sure but I believe this one also got some social media attention (possibly via shares by others). You just never know what will strike a chord with your social media readers!
