The house was built in 1890 as a Queen Ann Victorian. It has had some changes but not enough to make it lose its historic value and charm. It was occupied for over 70 years by members of the same family and had changes made in 1925 and in the 1970's. Today we REALTORS toured it (Yes, it is for sale.) and saw lots of the lovely original features such as the windows, the doors, the floors, the stairs. If you know of someone who loves old historic homes tell that person to check with us to visit the home.
