These 51 homes were priced from a low of $198,000 to a high of $345,000. Home prices increased during the year, with a median price of $284,600 and an average price of $279,489. Market performance was excellent, with an average days to get an offer of 10 and average days on the market of 46. The sale price/list price ratio for these 51 homes was 102.1%, pointing to a strong seller's market and high buyer demand.
