So I am a sucker, My Girlfriend has been begging me for weeks to get her a kitten, Now it sounds like no big deal at first. But the fact that she is 12 week pregnant. Not working and me just starting a new job as a loan officer , in a market which is not the best currently, really scares the hell out of me. We already have a 3 year old we have to take care of. So i am really throwing the dice here. Praying and hoping for that one big sale every month, or at least this month just to save my hide. So long story short.....we now have TWO!!! new additions to are family 2 lovely male kitties....which I get to change there litter everyday cause she is el prego..and cant be around the kitties urine. I guess i cause blindness or something.. so just wanted to vent, although they are cute.

You are gutsy...Male kittens to boot.  They have their own problems, and pets around new borns have another set of issues.

Chris - Make sure you get the males fixed or when the testostrone starts flowing, they will start spraying and fighting. The local Humane Societys usually do it very cheaply. Ours will do it for $25 when they are having specials. The animal rescue groups can help direct you to an inexpensive clinic as well.
