How Would You Use a Video Brochure?
Today I received a message in my inbox from one of the marketing newsletters that I subscribe and not that I always open and read them but since I'm looking for some new ideas this year I did open it today.
The idea and product presented is that of a video brochure. Have you ever received a musical greeting card? Well, the video brochure apparently functions on the same principle except it contains a video that starts playing when the receiver opens the card.

So what could you do with it especially in your real estate business?
I imagine it could make a great promotional item for your business, brokerage and services in general and perhaps even a marketing piece for very high end luxury listings.
Because there is a minimum order quantity of 100 and the price starts at $35/piece, the video brochure won't lend itself as something highly personalized to one particular customer as in a closing gift
