Based on the end of the year statistics, 2015 was not a great year for single family residence sales in 
Stowe, Vermont. This is when compared to the data from 2014. The numbers have certainly been on the positive side since the recession years of 2008/2009.

Sometimes, the numbers make sense; but for the year of 2015 they don't. The list prices have continued to be relatively competitive and the interst rates remained low. It is really a great time to buy a home in Stowe, VT. Yes - even in the winter!
