Charity starts at “HOME”- EPIK Kids in Action.

We have all heard that “Charity starts AT Home”, but now at EPIK Home Group it would be more apt to say “Charity starts WITH A Home”.

AS OF JANUARY 1^ST 2016, EPIK Home Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre will be donating 2.5% of every commission check to “EPIK Kids in Action” Foundation.

The more homes we sell, the more money we can donate to “EPIK Kids in Action“. Our goal for 2016 is 200 homes. The 100th home sale we will donate 100% of the commission. If we hit our lofty goal of 200 homes we will donate 200% of the commission

As of January 8th 2016, we have 2 settlements completed. Here is the current status.

WE SELL HOMES IN CATONSVILLE

Many thanks to Rebecca and Hasan who settled on their adorable Catonsville home on Friday and have relocated to San Francisco. This was their first home purchase 3 years ago and where their daughter was born. Although sad to leave 21228, they are excited about their return to the West Coast.

They were very happy to accept an offer OVER list price and thanks to that sale, $185.25 was deposited in the EPIK Kids in Action bank account.

HIGHEST SALE IN TURF VALLEY, ELLICOTT CITY.

Ironically the sellers, Gary and Lesly, of this gorgeous Ellicott City Home in desirable Turf Valley Overlook, are also heading to the bay area. They interviewed 3 agents before they listed their home with EPIK Home Group and each agent told them to list their home $20,000 LOWER than what we SOLD their home for……….in 2 weeks!!!

This beauty sold for $304 per square foot, higher than ANY OTHER HOME HAS SOLD FOR IN TVO in the past 12 months. (Including short sales and bank owned). I guess we “WOW’ed” them with our solid marketing plan!

Thanks to that sale we have contributed $387.50 to the EPIK Kids in Action fund.

2 down, 198 to go!

We now have 198 homes to sell to hit our 2016 goal of 200 homes. We are actively looking for Buyers and Sellers to help so we can keep contributing to the EPIK Kids in Action bank account.
