What I like about this complex is the mature trees and greenery.  Tall trees provide enough shade in the summer and sunshine in the winter.  Don't be surprised if you see some leaves falling in the fall or the local bird and squirrels.  I have often seen neighbors walking their pets on the grounds.    Also, it does boast more amenities such as pool, hot tub, gym, club house to use/rent, greenbelt,onsite property manager and secutiy, covered carports, gated community and onsite laundry facilities that are well maintained.  

As an owner or renter, you will likely contact the on site property management team.  They will likely provide you with the parking gate fob, front gate key that also works for the pool and gym and issue parking passes.  You can park in the complex during the day and often the gate will be open but be forewarned that you will be towed if you do not have a parking pass for over night parking.
