Homeowners often share that they enjoy the "sense of community" in Sparkman Club Estates. Hi Laura,  it's still a solid sellers' market here.  Homes on the busy perimeter streets that define this neighborhood stay on the market longer. Of the seven homes that are active listings, four are located on or back up to those streets.

Hi Endre, I'm going to create some posts with IDX links to price brackets. For a major metro area, Dallas is fortunate to have neighborhoods in many price ranges.  I have a client who has been looking in the $600,000-$700,000 range.  The number of properties in that range, with some level of renovation, are becoming more difficult to find.  The good new is that when we find or list gems in that price category they are in good neighborhoods away from Love Field and its flight patterns.   In the suburbs, there is a wider choice of homes in the $600,000-$700,000 range. Appraisals are playing catch-up with our market. California buyers who come to Texas are thrilled with their buying power!
