Melissa, they are constantly changing here, and we've got three sets of contracts for the DC Metro area.  It's a challenge to keep up.

We use CAR forms; also PRDS forms. And San Francisco has it's own forms and own additional real estate laws and procedures. Keeping us with changes is difficult, but our broker does a good job of keeping us in the know.

Melissa,  This is good information that we all need to know and keep updated on.  I heard about the probate listing addendum. Need to get current on the others.

Melissa, I have found that in my templates the new forms do pop up to replace the ones that are the same acronym.  I still check the bottom to make sure I have the right one! Thanks for the reminder!
