One thing you cannot foresee is the possibility of a building going up and blocking the view that sold you on the home. Look around and do some due diligence, especially if  there buildings or lots which look like they may be developed? The items above are by no means a complete list, but hopefully are a good place to start.

Jane, buyers (and their Realtors) should have a clear idea of the type property and features they need (want) in a home. Your checklist should give buyers things to consider, especially if shopping for a condo.
